Your prime sent you a link. Here’s what it is.
The prime contractor on your job uses CertifyWage to collect certified payrolls. Instead of emailing a spreadsheet and hoping, you upload it to a page that is yours, see on the spot whether it matches the job’s wage determination, and get a receipt. It costs you nothing.
No password to remember. Enter your email and the portal sends a sign-in link.
What to upload
Your WH-347 as the DOL Excel workbook or a PDF, or your payroll system’s export. The 2025 revision of the form is what agencies accept now; if you upload the old layout, the portal tells you and still takes it.
What gets checked
The week-ending date, the contract number, each worker’s classification against the job’s determination, base rate plus fringe against the rate for that classification, and whether the Statement of Compliance is signed. Anything off is listed by worker so you can fix it before the prime sees it.
What the prime sees
Only what you uploaded for their job. If you work for three primes on the app, each sees their own; none sees the others.
Your credentials, once
Upload your state contractor registrations, insurance certificates, apprenticeship agreements and W-9 to your own account. Every prime that engages you sees them with the expiry dates; you get an email before anything lapses, and nobody asks you for the same certificate twice.
Reminders
When a week is missing, you get one email. Upload it and the reminders stop.
Your own public work
If you also hold public-works contracts as a prime, the full app does for you what it does for them. Pricing starts at $149 a month.
